WHAT WE CHARGE

Generally, we will come the day before your scheduled collection. In some situations, we may come early in the morning of scheduled collection day – if we must do this, we will notify you.
Every bin will be checked after it has been emptied and if required, we will clean, sanitise and deodorise them. Some bins will need to be cleaned weekly, others monthly. Please be assured that we will not scrimp on this service, if you have entrusted us to maintain your bin hygiene then that is exactly what we will deliver on.
If bin collection is missed due to us not putting them out on time, we will arrange your bins to be emptied at no extra cost to you.
We require access to the area where your bins are stored only.
Absolutely. We ask that you keep pets away from the area where the bins are stored. If we are unable to access the bin storage area because of the dogs, we will send you an alert letting you know.
We will send you an alert letting you know if and why we were unable to access the bins. If we can rearrange this service for later in the day an additional fee may be charged.
